St. Regis Phase II

ABOUT ST. REGIS PHASE II

The St. Regis Phase II project involved the construction of 12 new ski condos for Deer Creek in Park City, UT. The luxury building offers breathtaking views of the resort and residents have access to a private ski club, lounges, and a restaurant. The building is also connected to the main St. Regis hotel via tram, providing residents with additional amenities.

Okland Construction was the general contractor for the project and St. Regis was the owner. The primary areas of expertise required for the project were framing, drywall, caulking, and ACT. The primary roles involved metal framing and drywall.

The scope of work included CFMF, sheathing, non-structural metal framing, acoustical and fire caulking, and ACT. The project was a new build and was completed in February 2021.

The project had a sustainability rating of LEED Gold and was completed as a Construction Management Project as the project delivery method. The project started on January 11th, 2019 and was substantially completed by February 2021.

Overall, the St. Regis Phase II project was a successful construction of luxury ski condos with a LEED Gold rating, providing residents with an unforgettable living experience.
