RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Prepare detailed conceptual budgets from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design and design

• Perform detailed quantity take - offs

• Initiate and manage the bid process inclusive of preparation of detailed bid packages and assure accurate and proper submissions / proposals by all

• Compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier bids

• Maintain quality service by following organizational

• Accurately scope all subcontract bids to ensure accurate comparison

• Maintain vendor relationships

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients

• Interface with field team by communicating deliverable and procurement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of three years of construction

• Proficient in On Center Software’s; On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid (QB)

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts, plans and
