Description:

The Worthington Residences is a 31-story luxury residential tower in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, featuring 359 studio-to-three-bedroom apartment units above ground-floor retail and structured parking. The tower contributes a refined residential presence to the city skyline, with expansive glazing, modern interiors, and a thoughtfully curated amenity program that includes coworking spaces and resident lounges, an elevated pool and spa deck, and on-site pet amenities.

Working within the demands of a high-rise concrete structure, SDI coordinated closely with the project team to maintain schedule, manage complex vertical logistics, and deliver consistent quality at scale. Precision layout, repeatable production, and a strong focus on life-safety, acoustic performance, and constructability were essential to meeting the project’s design intent and performance requirements, resulting in a polished residential environment suited to one of Salt Lake City’s most prominent urban developments.
