Liberty SKY

The modern residential tower rises approximately 21 stories in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, delivering nearly 300 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments designed for urban living at scale. Defined by floor-to-ceiling glazing, exposed concrete elements, and expansive views of the Wasatch Mountains and city skyline, the tower features rooftop gathering spaces, fitness and wellness areas, and resident lounges that encourage social connection within the downtown core.

Liberty SKY strengthens the urban fabric by increasing housing density, activating the streetscape, and supporting a vibrant, walkable downtown. The project required disciplined coordination within a high-rise concrete structure, with careful attention to life-safety performance, acoustic separation, and constructability across repetitive residential floors. The result is a durable, high-quality residential environment that supports long-term community growth while offering residents a well-connected, amenity-rich place to live at the center of the city.
