Description:

Connected to the Salt Palace Convention Center, the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is a 25-story, 700-key hotel purpose-built to anchor large-scale conventions, events, and year-round tourism in the downtown core. The hotel pairs expansive ballrooms and highly flexible meeting spaces with elevated guest amenities, including rooftop experiences, multiple dining venues, and guest rooms defined by floor-to-ceiling glazing and sweeping views of the city and Wasatch Mountains.

Serving as a catalyst for downtown activity, the Hyatt Regency significantly expands Salt Lake City’s hospitality capacity while reinforcing a walkable, active streetscape. Delivery of the project demanded early coordination and disciplined execution within a high-rise concrete structure, with careful attention to life-safety assemblies, acoustic performance, and constructability across repetitive guestroom floors and complex public spaces. The completed hotel provides a durable, high-performance hospitality environment that elevates the visitor experience and supports sustained economic growth in the urban core.
