Located within the landmark The Grand by Gehry development, the Conrad Los Angeles is a 28-story, 305-key luxury hotel that brings world-class hospitality to the heart of downtown’s cultural corridor. The tower features guest rooms on levels 11–28, high-end amenities on levels 8–10, and extensive back-of-house spaces extending through seven below-grade levels.
SDI provided comprehensive interior framing and drywall services, along with plaster, air and moisture barrier, and decorative finishes including Venetian plaster and GFRG elements. Executed under the demanding standards of a five-star hospitality environment, the Conrad Los Angeles embodies design excellence and coordination at every level—anchoring one of downtown’s most transformative mixed-use developments.
